Property settlement
We are very excited to announce that Fitzroy Community Hospice became the proud owners of 38 Agnes Street, with settlement going through on the property on 30 June. Building plans to redevelop the site are in their final stages and preliminary works to prepare the site for builders has already commenced. Thank you to Nathan Reynolds and his team from NJR Refrigeration and Air Conditioning who generously donated their time and skills to remove some air conditioners in preparation for the asbestos removal that will take place later this month.
Golf Day
Fitzroy Community Hospice is hosting a Charity Golf Day at the Rockhampton Golf Club on Friday 2 September to raise much needed funds in our continued efforts to establish Central Queensland’s first Hospice. We are currently calling for sponsors and players to make this day a great success. A range of sponsorship packages are available. International Nurses Day
